The client then will be asked a series of questions regarding various symptoms such as Anxiety attacks, increased appetite, decreased appetite, bouts of depression, difficulty sleeping, difficulty going to sleep, and racing thoughts, amongst other questions. Depending on the responses, the client may be required to fill out additional questionnaire forms. Contact UsFollow-Up
Usually, approximately one month after the initial intake or previous follow-ups, the patient will follow up with the provider. The follow-up is to discuss the effectiveness of the medication, any new symptoms which may have arrived, any old symptoms which have increasingly worsened, and any changes which may need to be made to help the patient improve.
